An example: split the people into 5 soldiers/mortars, 2 scientists, rest mechanics. 5 hovercrafts for the soldiers/mortars , optionaly 2 for the scientists, 2 or 3 control towers, 6 manuals(all sib engines) and 4 ape vehs, 8 sib bombs(remote), 3 cargos, 2 radars – costed (together with the base) about 2000 crates, and assuming that some fuel will be taken along, about 1000 oil and 500 siberite. 35 cargos needed to transport this, when dismantled (18 for ape and 20 for remote) gives another 630 to 700 crates, seems starange to just ignore such amount. If dismantling is to be included in total amount of crates transported, then the 15 cargos for oil and sib gives 270 to 300 crates (ignore the oil, assume it was used up in journey). Subtracting that from the total, it takes another 15 ape cargos (1730/118) or 15 remote cargos (1700/120), to make up the 2000 crates. So according to this getting the medal for gathering resources (in Ar14) would require preparing 5 cargos full of siberite, 10 cargos full of oil and 15 cargos full of crates. The cost of preparing these vehicles is 1050/1200 crates (ape/ remote), so on top of gathering 1500 crates for the cargos to carry, the player has to have another 1200 to make the cargos plus a cost of building a factory and other buildings, estimating 400 crates. If the player is careful he can dismantle about half of the turrets, but assuming only 3/4 of major buildings are required to be dismantled, 970 crates are already present on map in form of buildings. Requiring: (1500 + 1200 + 400) - 970 = 2130 crates need to be placed on map in bases or cargos passing through. Oil: 190 / 256 oil (Upgrade<2/Upgrade>=2) mined by one tower in 10 min Sib: 52/ 73 sib mined by one mine in 10 min Creating the cargos requires: additional 900 oil or additional 300 sib. So the other amounts are 1000 + 900 oil and 500 + 300 sib. Of course the cargos engines wouldn’t use up both resources but there should be some surplus for the player to use up during the mission (Ar14).
