Not possible in multiplayer AFAIK. You can export face from XichtEd to make it as your multi-avatar, but animation itself will play only when your character will be talking ingame (will have some dialog).

Ahoj, tuším že celkově je třeba převézt 1200 siberitu, aby jsi vyhrál misi. Jak přesně ti to nechce napodruhé vzít ty krystaly? Neobjeví se náklaďáky? Zkus tam přiložit ještě pár krystalů navíc, mělo by to pak jít. Mimochodem, jakou máš verzi modu? Na ten celkový počet krystalů, co je třeba převézt,...

I'm good only in some special game maps, like DMs, battles and so on. In classic game style, it's even problem to build a efficient working town, you know. But there are more ppl who play OW and KaM so don't worry.

pokud se nemýlím, tak musíš tuhle misi musíš nejdříve dohrát, a až pak získáš tento achievement. Čili ten tvůj postup je správný, jen musíš v průběhu hry odrážet arabský útoky.
