downloading new patch fixed this error for me

I have same problem as meneva after cutscene and choosing my team for mission game is closing w/o any crash report

In mission 10 when you have to kill/capture gossudarov and steal alien artifact no matter what i do i'm still loosing with the message "gossudarov escaped with allien artifact
