[Polish dub] English subtitles don't work in campaign

I have Original War with Polish dubbing. I tried to launch Original War in English. Menus and other stuff are in English, but both campaigns still have Polish subtitles.
Subtitles work nicely in Polish, Russian, Czech and Italian versions. I didn't bother checking the rest of viable languages.
There certainly are English subtitles hidden in campaign files - I managed to spot some with PakView.
Is there any solution to the problem?

All to do is to add #ENG parameter to shortcut.
