Did you delete all .snm files from your save folder?
Original War\ UserProfiles\Arabian Campaign\user name\CampaignSaves
That was used with the previous choicebox but now just gets in the way.
Do it!

Hi there. Loving the Arabian Campaign. Installed via steam.

Got to AR mission 6. Played a bit, saved, closed OW for the night. Now I've returned to find loading/saving is broken.

Loading save from Arabian campaign main menu -> crash
Loading save from in-mission menu in Arabian campaign -> crash
Saving game mid-mission Arabian campaign -> crash
Load/save in American / Russian campaigns -> fine
Starting a new mission from the mission-tree picker -> fine

Previously, loading and saving have definitely worked fine.

I never actually see the load/save screen - it crashes as soon as I click the menu option.

The error I see is vague:

I've tried backing up and removing recent saves from my steam local files - both campaign saves and game saves, to no effect.

@McBenn: Absoloutely. Attached.

I removed some of the gameSaves from /userProfile/normal/paul/gamesaves as the file was ~200mb with them included - but otherwise the attached is the files unchanged.

The issue occurs without exception - so hopefully it'll be easy to replicate if nothing else!

Seems gamesaves/Ar06 arabian 41.owp is corrupt but don't ask me how that happened. When I deleted that, loading worked fine.

Found the bug in the last loyal mission.
If you kill Gossudarov too fast, you can't finish secondary objective "destroy freedom base"

Hello. I have encountered unavoidable crash. Intro of mission 3, after Avirazde is interrupted when trying to tame the apeman, the game tries to transfer into another map and crashes. I am using Gog version. Attempted to avoid the bug on fresh reinstall, legacy install, download the mod again, rerun the campaign in both czech and english languages to no avail.

This is a known bug because the new map for mission 03 requires a beta-patch not yet published to steam.
