1.11 is more stable than 1.10b, has less bugs and less exploits.

The "Official" Changelog is as follows. Note that as Radzio stopped telling me what he changed with the multiplayer maps it lacks that information. Also like usual not everything that was changed/fixed made it onto the changelog (Generally minor things or things that are not easily discribed in a single sentence).
