SAIL filenames can not contain any characters outside the standard ASCII range that is common to all ASCII types. If you contain any Polish/Czech/Etc characters which are not in other ASCII types, players who don't have OW running in that language (As in Windows set to run the game with that ASCII not the games own settings) it will crash your mod with a 102 error in the game and a "File not found" error if using the editor.
So if you want your mod to run Error free on everyones PC's only use the standard characters for SAIL filenames.
