Yup, it's a good idea.
I've tested it and I moved 5 cargo bays form A point (Legion base) to B point (right lower edge of the map) with delay = 10 sec. All of the cargo bays were destroyed in the same spot, so I think the mines are looped.

Mission 7
The mission is still hard to accomplish on 2nd diff lvl. So to sum up:
I may suggest to add some clues or some indicators (counters) like "Archive Location (Known/Unknown)", "Scientist's distraction (Yes/No)". I know the loads of work were put into this mission and I appreciate it but imho something is still not in the order.
Mission 10
- Kurt and others are talking about gambling during the Am offensive.
The mission is still hard to accomplish on 2nd diff lvl. So to sum up:
- Yakov's girl event area is not marked (like Johny Cash: I've been everywhere)
- Yakov won't exit the workshop and go to the archive
- The soldier is getting out of the archive just after I bond him
- When code black is sounded, Russian are attacking my units as soon as they enter the base area (even if they don't see me)
- I tried to destroy the oil barrels and then, when code black is sounded slip into the archive - the scientist kicked me out (I suppose this kind of diversion won't work here)
- When I began to be desperate I've placed mines near one laboratory (when no alarm is sounded), made soldier to show me the Archive, and just after I've bonded him I destroyed the mines. The general code black was sounded so I waited until I've 35 documents and ran by north-western passage. Just after the general code black was lowered into code red, code black was sounded again (targeting Heike). It was the only solution that worked for me.

Mission 10
- Gordon's forces are acting a little strange when you betray them, when they are in the middle of Russian base. When their color is changed they're often moving deeper in the base, instead of running by the shortest way.
- When Russians surrender and you chose to let them free, if there's any soldier in the any tank he won't change his side (soldier's color is changed into purple but he's moving with red tank and shooting at you - when you destroy the tank, happy purple soldier will walk away).

By mission 8 I suppose you mean mission 9, and mission 9 = mission 10.
Aww, sorry. After 7th mission I'm loosing my counting skills
Phhh. I was so excited when we came up with the idea of mission 9 but it has turned out to be by far the hardest mission to balance. I really like the idea with indicators. That would really help the player. I'll see what I can do (my schedule is very tight the next days so it probably won't be until the weekend I get the time).

6th mission
When I capture russian base, because of script I can produce computer controlled russian tanks ^^
To clarify - event VehicleConstructed adds new vehicles to produce
7th mission
I built one depot on the top, but I found better place for expanding base. Therefore Americans only destroy this building and nothing more. I was too ambitious creating three depots to cover all siberite mines than developer(s) thought, didn't I?
If we consider how far player has come, I think this mission was too easy(despite ams)
EDIT:
7th mission - after loading saved game Siberite core durability drops to 0
When I capture russian base, because of script I can produce computer controlled russian tanks ^^

7th mission is similar to the building of Trotsky base in Ru Campaign. While playing on the easiest mode - it's quite simple to accomplish it. Try to test it on 2nd difficulty level - it's undeniably much harder to defend the base. Further, if you screw something up in the previous missions, Farmer will show up and he would do anything to have you kicked out.

I played on "commander" (medium)
Low quantity of crates(which is good), but when they came I got few tanks(+ good soldiers) and they have 2 soldiers(5th level as I remember) and 3-4 tanks which is quite easy to beat I think. But ok I get the comparison.
The next mission's difficulty is state of the art...

What? You probably have something bugged, because Am are attacking with massive force (it's continued few-minutes of heavy rush (soldiers, cannons etc.) Your defense line must be like piece of master-art if you want get through this. A distance between the easy and medium mode is huge, but even in the easiest one - Americans are stronger than you described.

Too lazy...
Another bugs(not sure if those are general game bugs)
8th mission - when I destroy russian tanks with remote bombs sometimes my scientist nearby cries that oil source is found(in place of destroyed tank)
I've experienced second time(in general and because of game, I mean that only this game made crash on this pc) my win7 crash(with bsod) after finishing mission(first was maybe 4th or 5th mission)
Minor bug - consider refilling tanks hp and increasing drivers skill on the last scene of 8th mission. Once I've beat them and I had to reload game ;p
(How I did that? 3 soldiers, 2 scientists, 4 apes and ofc three bombs at the south end of road, where russians are spawned, in final spawn lost(fortunately only 1 turncoat in this group) 2 soldiers, 2 apes only because of spawned tanks, wasn't expected them)
had to boast
or you can increase defense of south-south russian base but will cut the chances of rescuing arabian
btw. little too long mission(but very good made, now I realize the power of stimulants and remote bombs)

can't load mission 9

1.10b, yeah I saw now it's quite outdated but I don't know how(on site's main page is updating from 1.12, 1.11 but nothing about updating from 1.10b)

So update the it then. Download 1.12.2, and then 1.12.7. You should be playing mods while your game is properly update, because modifications created on the newer versions are often unstable on the older ones.

Why I can't destroy central archive after I got documents? Meh, last building standing.

I think u should add any objection of captives if I attack them(including bombing)
Also consider shortening time between waves.
Mission 11(bug)
I think you use here Contact event - doesn't work properly. If my mortar operators use attack ground and "totally by accident" hit the enemy, Americans don't complain(destroyed warehouse and captured what I could without being noticed ^^ looong before "blue would delve in 8th moon"(ik, ik, silly example)) .
I think Russians doesn't have code to produce another cargo if former one was destroyed(I managed to destroy it at the beginnig by forcing it(?) all the time to change route to base and, as a result, it didn't move at all).
Additionally, all the time I was capturing russian base, I was about wtf? why they prioritise building turret than attacking enemy?
To clarify: I destroyed gatling and heavy gun turrets in east part of base and killed all engineers except one who started building turret. Killed, and after I had destroyed north barracks, all the soldiers wanted by all means finish this turret ;p
Even when I destroyed south barracks, they run to finish turret at once as soon they sight it ;p

Forgot about one bug in 11th mission:
Testing hidden cameras doesn't work.
Areas didn't vanish when I put camera and I'm 100% sure I put cameras in all required places but I didn't get medal...
