Probably some units can't get to their destination point (e.g. cargo bay, which tries to collect the unreachable crates).

It's probably out of my league but try and upload your save file. I'll take a look.

Destination unreachable can cause it but also massive, simulatious attacks. If you run on fastest speed it will get laggy if any attack is large enough (like Americans attacking Alliance). I've optimized the SAIL pretty well, if I were to judge myself, but the game engine itself isn't helping either... But if the laggs persist I would like to know the circumstances.
It's probably out of my league but try and upload your save file. I'll take a look.

I have lags too on the 15 mission and changing speed to the slowest don't help me.
What's about maps during the every mission loading? If they are not ready, I can help because I know how to use Photoshop. But sb should tell me what where is.

I've got problem with mission 12a. After end of mission 11 (on the newest version) I chose "Join Legion", then I saw statistic screen, I clicked "Next mission" and then... exactly nothing. The mission loaded, I heard music but screen was black. I tried complete 11. again but every time I only hear the music and see nothing.

I have (maybe) a next bug. You have changed face of Louis and added Nicolas and Maria, they are available only in New Kabul mission. Maybe I only need to play again those missions? It might not be a bug, but I have to play again this camp.
I have the biggest lags on mission 15 when USA attacks Alliance. Maybe you should disable this attacks? In original camp enemy never attacks other enemy - always all the opponents attacks only us or at least our ally (I can recall only mission with Arab attack on Kurin's base - S.M. Kirov).
When I played this mission for the first time i was little shocked that Powell attacks regularly Alliance.
I think that only USSR (if we do not give them Kozlov or if we built a siberite deposit) and Arabs should regularly attack us.
EDIT:
I find a next bug. In mission 5 you forgot about adding an oil deposit. It looks strange cos it was in a previous mission and buildings need energy. It looks worse if you don't have solar power station 'cos on the lab there is a lightning badge.
And where is a gun extension added to the tank factory? I think that you should add in this part of mission 5 more extensions - track and maybe transport/cargo bay extensions.
EDIT 2:
What's more, I remember that in this mission (mission 4) there is a problem with bad area for our buildings on the hill. We can't build there. I marked this area with using a green brush on the attached screen.
EDIT 3:
There is a lot of missions where heroes don't have surnames. For example on New Kabul mission - Erwin hasn't his surname Meza and on the second mission Heike friends
Oswald, Sonya and Ralph don't have surnames. This bug is on more missions.
EDIT 4:
In polish version of mod while I am playing first mission (English too?) there is a lost line of dialogue.
This:
IN ENGLISH:
$ DBAb1_v2
- Lose no time. We must complete our mission at all costs.
IN POLISH:
$ DBAb1
- Nie traćcie czasu. Musicie ukończyć swoją misję za wszelką cenę.
In polish version it is only:
$ VelGo
- Panie i panowie - dobra robota. Strefa jest w pełni nasza.
$ VelAe
- Zrozumiano, sir. Wszystkie jednostki ustawić się pod EON-em.
I think that this problem exists because in polish version there is no "_v2" after $ DBAb1.

Your old save files containing Louis points towards his old face and does ofc not contain Nicolas and Maria. So yes you have to play again to see them in later missions. That's the life of running development

You get the gun extension in mission 04 and container/noncombat extension in 05_cont.

Sometimes the GBI doesn't fit exactly. Made some adjustments. You can't build in the red marked area either but the GBi does suggest there is a slope there.

Don't you play in Polish language? Only English, Polish and Czech is supported.

If I change a dialogue I add a version number like "_v2" (version 2) to the end of the dialogue identifier so translators can see they have to translate it again. I've made a program that can scan and compare dialogue files (dunno if I have uploaded it anywhere public tho).
