How do I host a game when using patch 1.12.7?

I can host games wich are local but show up on original-war.net..

How do I host a game wich is showing as: 'internet'

I have tryed to get this work for hours now but I can't still get it work---

For hosting games you need:
1. Public IP.
2. Forwarded ports in your router (if you have one).
3. Unlocked ports in firewalls.
