With this version you can change the look of the gallery parts and should be able to add new ones. To save you need to hit the new button called.... Save. It will only export the current "Sex" that you are using (Male/Female/Ape). XichtEd uses larger gallery images than the game, so you need to use the Face Shrinker (XitchShrink.exe) to convert them to a size that the game likes.
Place the smaller Male/Female/Ape folders in your mods directory so it looks like:
<YOURMOD>\Ape\
<YOURMOD>\Female\
<YOURMOD>\Male\
Note: This is a work in progress build. If your computer explodes its Yuri's fault not mine.

About Issue 117: after clicking any part of the minimap my screen is always being positioned on the lower left corner of the map.

That should now be fixed. It was doing the click on the 16Bit Minimap not the 32Bit one. For OpenGL i converted the Minimap to 32Bit, but i didn't change the code that sends mouse clicks to the 32Bit one and since OpenGL doesn't use the 16Bit one its never setup properly so it uses the wrong window size to work out the position of the screen.

I can't import bmp. and tga. files.

Are your filenames like:
Bla0000.bmp
Bla0001.bmp
etc?
Cos thats what it wants (Well Step determines the increments). Also you may need to have "siberitova svine" unchecked.

Its just using the Options background. Its actually just as Altar left it. It works fine. This is a Work In Progress build, so don't expect it to look visually perfect.
And if you want to use that menu in a mod you need to use NewMainMenu in the mod.ini set to 1. Skirmish maps go in _skirmish folder .
