Changing name on Steam Version

Hey guys, I have both Disc and Steam versions of Owar (I got the steam one incase anything happened to discs) but currently only have the disc version installed. When i enter a lobby I am unable to change my name and it is locked as my Steam account name. I know this sounds a bit trivial and isn't a major issue but I was just wondering if there was a way to change it? Thanks!

If you have OW in Steam and start OW from CD, when OW gets your nick from Steam.

I know that yes but is there anyway to stop this from happening?

Try it.
Go to multiplayer and make lobby and left up side is your nick, try change when.

Nevermind, I found a solution. I just had to delete some of the steam files that were in the game folder..
