I understand that you can't close the window. But i can't re-produce the error, so if i am ever to fix it i need to know exactly what you are doing.
If you have a word selected in SAIL then it executes different code than if you don't for example. So what order you do things in, and what you click on can determine if you are going to get a Crash or not.
