Interface Problems

After updating I have gotten a problem with the interface. I had the same problem after I updated to .13 but sadly i cannot remember how it was fixed so hopefully someone can help me.

As seen in the photo attached, the map is black except for units and doesn't show fog or current line of sight. When placing a building, the hologram cannot be moved about and you are unable to rotate the buildings. After selecting a unit there is no icon underneath the mouse to indicate entering building/vehicle or gather crates etc. Any help is great.

Excuse my stupidity but I don't know how to.. Could you possibly do it Serpent?

EDIT: Stu fixed the problem, the computer just needed a restart. Thanks anyways
